The Deputy Governor of Imo State, Prince Eze Madumere has congratulated the All Progressives Congress and its guber candidate, Chief Godwin Obaseki on his resounding victory at the just concluded Edo gubernatorial election earlier today.
In a statement made available to DAYLIGHT.NG, Madumere described Obaseki’s victory as one for democracy and hard work of Edo State All Progressives Congress led by Governor Adams Oshiomole towards making the state better.
He also congratulated the good people of Edo State for appreciating All Progressives Congress sincerity of purpose to bringing about a real change and development to Nigerians in general.
Meanwhile, the All Progressives Congress candidate, Chief Godwin Obaseki polled a total votes of 319, 483 against his People Democratic Party opponent , Ize-Iyamu who had 253, 173 votes.
